If you didn't install the EADM when you installed Spore, you can download it. PC players will need to have EADM installed. (From ) To get the patch, simply launch Spore. I have checked for the patch link and it doesn't work and I have downloaded this.
I am using Windows 7 64-bit and I have been trying to install patches for a pucker, paid for version of SPORE TM - albeit two years old now.
